1) It's just something to keep in mind, really. 2) I think that I did hear something about them using unreality twists then, didn't I? Or at least managing the effects.
1) ... Remember what Wendy said? "i'm allowed to pick one damn thing to clarify here within a bullshit rulebook" ... I don't think it's a coincidence that we get a Retrospec post about once a month that cryptically answers some questions while also predicting a new problem. I wonder if there's something about that interval of time - a month - that's especially important. It could explain why there was a break in the normal pattern this month. 2) Yeah. My team worked with Ms. Wiseman personally to get a number of them closed. It seems like they know how to control the unreality twists, and even have protocols for doing so, but in that particular case, something went wrong.
1) It does seem their posts have gotten progressively more helpful. I wonder why? 2) So perhaps they have the means to control certain things but not all of them...a bit like nuclear energy, or such?
1) This might just be sentimentality on my part, but I like to think Ms. Wiseman has an impact. 2) That's a disturbing analogy. I think you could be right. Will they keep using us as a fallback for when things go wrong?
1) I've met her. My group worked with her closely back in August. When you rescue someone from a monster fish-king that's trying to marry her, you become a little protective... anyway, she's quite a bit friendlier than either Jim or Janet tended to be. 2) I'd be more comforted if they didn't need us in the first place. That is, if they actually had things under control.

2) Possibly they will. Which I suppose is better than having no fallback at all, but all the same...
